These rules can also be found on the forum. I placed them here for folks that have not signed
up to the forum to see how I have the rules setup.
Basic Rules
These rules apply to the entire forum. Some areas will have their own rules but these rules will overlap any other rules.
We do not tolerate any bashing or flaming of mods in any way and if you do you will be removed from the forum for
any length of time. The mods do a grueling task at times and have to make choices and decisions that are not popular.
Nudity will NOT BE TOLERATED and by nudity we mean no female NIPPLES/PRIVATE AREAS or a mans PRIVATE area.
Ribbing and poking fun is ok to a point but if it gets out of hand the thread will be deleted or locked. If you become
aggressive, mean or plain rude you will be warned. If its done again you may face joining the banned (and whats
considered aggressive, mean or rude is left to the moderator).
Post's that have nothing to do with a thread can and possibly will be removed in any area.
Pictures that are posted on the site can be used for site use like banners and such. If you feel I have used a picture that
you own and you do not approve of being used then PM me and I will remove it.
Vendors
There will be no vendor bashing. If you have a problem with a product then you are able to post about the problem.
This is to be done in a tasteful manner and BS thats non productive can and will be removed. The user who made the
non productive post may also be removed from the thread in question depending on circumstances.
This forum isn't here to promote your business unless you are an approved vendor. If somebody asks a question about
certain products then its free game to reply with product information.
The Chatter Box
The Chatter Box is for un-related topics to 4x4's, wheeling and chit chat. At the same time please keep the topics to
some kind of INTELLIGENT topics and not worthless banter. Since the chatter box is for chit chat it has the capability
to spawn drama threads or drama within threads. Drama is pretty lame and will be tolerated to a point and thats it.
Those types of threads can be locked at any time and or post's removed at any time and this is left up to the moderator.
Furthermore, bitching about closed or locked threads will get you removed from the chatterbox...
Technical Areas
These area's are for the sole purpose of technical know how whether it's in the general 4x4 area or in any of the specific
technical areas. At times irrelevant discussion in the technical areas will pop up and will be allowed to a point. If the thread
is a good thread then the useless banter will be removed otherwise the thread will either be removed or moved to the
chatterbox.
Off Pavement Areas
These areas are for the sole purpose, of setting up wheeling trips, events, work parties or legislative information. At times
useless banter will pop up and its at the moderators discretion to either remove the useless banter, close the thread or
delete the thread.I understand the trail chatter area can be like sitting around a campfire so we try to be lenient to a point.
Classified Areas
These areas are for one simple purpose and banter is not one of them. These areas are there for you to sell, buy, find,
or transport any items. These ares are specificly for private party's not bussiness's. If you are a bussiness and selling
items in the classified areas your post will be closed and asked to become a Vendor.
If you cannot follow those rules you will lose your priviledge to use or see those areas.
Those are the rules for the whole forum. Please respect them and there won't be any problems.
